The types of information Roadcraft may collect about you
The types of personal information Roadcraft collects about you will depend on how you use our website. For example, our web server will record the date and time you visit our site, the pages viewed and the information downloaded. Roadcraft will only use this information for statistical purposes and to assist in the further development of our website. Should you complete and submit any online form (e.g. booking form, contact form or survey), Roadcraft will collect the information it contains. However, if you complete, but do not submit the form, any information which you had entered is not saved or recorded.
From time to time, Roadcraft may wish to email you about an event or new service that Roadcraft thinks might be of interest to you. Should you choose not to receive such promotional emails, simply reply to the email and type "Remove me from this list" in the subject line of your email.

Roadcraft has developed procedures to prevent unauthorised access to your personal information and policies to ensure it is used correctly. Roadcraft strives to protect your personal information, however, Roadcraft cannot ensure the security of any information that you transmit to us over the internet and you do so at your own risk.
Roadcraft Driver Education takes the privacy of students very seriously and complies with all legislative requirements. Student information is only shared with external agencies such as registering authorities to meet compliance requirements as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). All information shared is kept in the strictest confidence by both parties and is available on request. In some cases, we are required by law to make student information available to others such as the National Centre for Vocational Education and Research. In all other cases, Roadcraft Driver Education will seek the written permission of the student for such disclosure.
Access to your personal information
You are entitled to have access to your student file and learning and assessment records on request. You may require these to monitor your progress with training or simply to go back and confirm something in a previous training module. Whilst these records will be retained by Roadcraft Driver Education you are welcome to have access anytime and request a copy.
Roadcraft encourages you to access and update your personal information should you believe it to be incorrect. If you wish to do so, please contact us and we will take all reasonable steps to correct your personal information, ensuring its accuracy.
