At the Roadcraft facility in Gympie, we have a fully fenced concreted bicycle track available for free public use that will help your kids learn about road safety. Bookings are required for events such as birthday parties or school excursions. We also run regular bicycle and pedestrian safety courses to teach children how to be safe near roads.

Painted to look like our roadways, complete with miniature versions of common street signs, our bicycle track is a great place for little ones to not only learn to ride, but to understand the basics of safe road use. Amenities are now available.

Roadcraft Courses - Bookings Required

Roadcraft run regular road safety courses for primary school aged children aimed at educating them about riding safely.

  • Please contact Roadcraft on (07) 5482 8833 to ask about Primary School Courses

School/Private Booking Dates - Closed to Public

In the best interests of everyone's public health and safety we have made the difficult but responsible decision to temporarily close Roadcraft's bike track.

We know how much families with young cyclists love visiting our bike track - and we love having you here - but we simply do not have the resources to maintain the strict and frequent hygiene maintenance that is currently required on all touch points.

Conditions of use:

  • Use of the Roadcraft bicycle track is at your own risk
  • Helmets must be worn by all cyclists
  • No smoking
  • No alcohol
  • No animals
  • Please keep the gate closed at all times
