Two-day accredited course (AURTGA001) A Statement of Attainment will be issued upon successful completion of the course.

Our training complex at Gympie is a purpose-built facility which provides the safest possible practice circuits. Our course helps participants to gain an insight into their vehicle and its peculiarities, their own capabilities and how to improve them, and how to predict problems and avoid them.

Your caravan / towing driving skills are enhanced as is your appreciation of the road and traffic environment.

Day One

Foundation techniques
Vision enhancement and steering
Vehicle dynamics (slalom)
Emergency braking (straight-line) – dry & wet
Reversing development – mirror use
Hook up and safety chains
Braking system check, correct brake adjustment and application

  • While this course can be completed in one day our two day course allows for more practical driving for those that would appreciate the extra time
  • Bookings are essential
  • Course starts at 8:30am (please arrive by 8:15am / finishes 5:00pm)
  • Chilled drinking water and tea and coffee available
  • All Roadcraft courses have a Lay-By system
  • Course must be paid for in full before course can be attended
  • EFTPOS and Credit Card facilities available
  • A Statement of Attainment will be issued upon successful completion of the course.
