Driver Training for Elderly or Impaired Drivers

Confidence building 1 Day refresher course

A one day refresher course for the elderly or impaired drivers. Over the coming years the elderly will make up an increasing percentage of our road users. The major difficulties affecting older drivers are declining visual performance and the slowing down of reaction and response time. This course aims to improve the competence and confidence of these drivers who are elderly or impaired who wish to continue to hold a driving licence and to use the roads in a safe manner.

Important Details

  • Bookings are essential
  • Course starts at 8:30am (please arrive by 8:15am / finishes 4:00pm)
  • Chilled drinking water and tea and coffee available
  • All Roadcraft courses have a Lay-By system
  • Course must be paid for in full before course can be attended
